Each item from Oracles Parlor is handmade or made-to-order with care, so please note that all sales are final. Because of the custom nature of these products, I’m unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if there’s any issue with your item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos and a brief description of the problem. I’ll do my best to make it right.
